Ethan Burke and Lars Johansen are the newest additions to New Summit and Maggie's new neighbors. If you have read any of the other books in the Dirty Series (which you don't need to because this can totally be read as a standalone) then you will remember that Maggie works at her families Chinese Restaurant. Maggie is not a fan of her new neighbors especially when Lars parks his Lambo in her reserved spot.

There is a lot of sexual tension going on between the three of them but Maggie tries to deny it, which is pretty funny since she writes erotic short stories about the three of them. This was a fun, quick, sexy read. There is some angst but it's pretty quickly resolved, so if you are looking for a steamy read that will fill a few hours this is a great one to grab.
